Hillary Clinton coughs, needs help up a flight of stairs and is thrown in the back of a van like a slab of meat in the latest attack ad by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump questioning his opponent’s stamina.

Describing how the former First Lady failed to secure the nation during her tenure as secretary of state, the ad says the US needs a leader that is up to the various national security challenges facing the world.

“Our next president faces daunting challenges in a dangerous world,” the ad states. “Iran promoting terrorism, North Korea threatening, ISIS on the rise, Libya and North Africa in chaos. Hillary Clinton failed every single time as secretary of state. Now she wants to be president.”

“Hillary Clinton doesn’t have the fortitude, strength or stamina to lead in our world,” says the ad, as video cuts to the infamous 9/11 memorial where Secret Service agents had to drag her limp body inside of a van. “She failed as secretary of state. Don’t let her fail us again.”
