The pathologist who rose to prominence after discovering chronic traumatic encephalopathy in the brains of deceased NFL players has a crackpot conspiracy theory about Hillary Clinton’s health, and the mainstream media is reporting on it as if it’s credible.
Bennet Omalu, recently portrayed by actor Will Smith in the film Concussion says he thinks Hillary Clinton may have been poisoned, and that Donald Trump acting as an agent of Vladimir Putin may be the culprit.
“I must advice (sic) the Clinton campaign to perform toxicologic analysis of Ms. Clinton’s blood. It is possible she is being poisoned.” Omalu tweeted following Clinton’s collapse at a 9/11 memorial Sunday.

Omalu followed up the tweet with another, explaining who he thinks is doing the poisoning:
I do not trust Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump. With those two all things are possible.

The twittersphere responded in typical fashion, calling out Omalu for spreading baseless conspiracy theories.

Yet The Washington Post, among other mainstream outlets, in their desperate attempts to cover for Hillary, seemed to be of the opinion that Omalu might be on to something.
“But this is Omalu, whose credentials and tenacity are well known.” wrote columnist Cindy Boren, adding that Putin was thought to have been connected to the poisoning death of Alexander Litvinenko, a former KGB operative, in London in 2006.
“Omalu has studied and obtained a number of degrees. Born in Nigeria, he became a U.S. citizen in 2015. He became known for the tenacity with which he pursued the deaths of several former Pittsburgh Steelers during his time in the city’s medical examiner’s office.” Boran added, as if somehow this crackpot theory could have legs.
The mainstream media has continually pushed the Democratic talking point that Trump is somehow aligned with Putin. When DNC emails were hacked and leaked, the media blamed Putin and continually slammed Trump when he quipped that Putin should also release Clinton’s 30,000 missing emails.
Democratic leader Harry Reid claimed Trump had ‘broken the law’, and suggested he not be given any routine security briefings by intelligence agencies, but instead be fed FAKE information because he could be an agent of Putin.
Hillary Clinton herself has also suggested several times that Trump is working for Putin, most notoriously in her ‘alt-right’ speech, when she claimed they were involved in some sort of global conspiracy against her.
