Prosecutors in Baltimore dropped all charges against the three remaining Baltimore police officers charged in Freddie Gray’s death, a court official confirmed to ABC News.
At the motion’s hearing for State v Garrett Miller this morning, the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office decided not to prosecute the remaining cases related to the arrest and death of Gray, bringing to an end one of the most closely watched police prosecutions in the country. The gag order against all parties involved, including prosecutors and defense attorneys and their clients, has also been rescinded.
