Pittsburgh, USA – In clear violation of of Posse Comitatus the mayor of Pittsburgh Luke Ravenstahl called in the National guard to help in “domestic” disputes.
Not only were they called in to help because of the snow disaster but they will start patrolling the streets. The humvees rolled in yesterday after the mayor also told people on a live broadcast that “be advised that you will begin to see National Guard Humvees in some of your neighborhoods beginning this evening.”
The mayor also said that issues that would normally be handled by police will now also be handled by the National guard, he also included that “domestic disputes” will also be handled by the troops.
“We will also begin to have the National Guard patrol our neighborhoods to deal with any issues that come up,”
The calling out of troops to do police work is a clear violation of Posse Comitatus as we mentioned earlier and is only reserved for serious emergencies, not civil disputes.

Last year the same city brutally abducted and held citizens. It is also the place where the G20’s “new world order” was announced with the same army patrolling the streets and seriously and brutally crushing anyone that was in the city on the streets also locking up people without even so much as reading their rights.
The Posse Comitatus law in the US states that:
From and after the passage of this act it shall not be lawful to employ any part of the Army of the United States, as a posse comitatus, or otherwise, for the purpose of executing the laws, except in such cases and under such circumstances as such employment of said force may be expressly authorized by the Constitution or by act of Congress; and no money appropriated by this act shall be used to pay any of the expenses incurred in the employment of any troops in violation of this section And any person willfully violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding two years or by both such fine and imprisonment.
The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to ensure that any activity (including the provision of any equipment or facility or the assignment or detail of any personnel) under this chapter does not include or permit direct participation by a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar activity unless participation in such activity by such member is otherwise authorized by law.
