Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on Friday took aim at Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump, accusing him of trying to scare the nation to create divisions.
“We must bring people together to take on the powerful who’ve hurt the middle class. Trump is trying to play on fears and divide us up,” the Democratic presidential candidate wrote.
“I believe we stand together to address the real issues facing this country, not allow them to divide us by race or where we come from,” he added.
