The ex-owner of the Florida flight school where two 9/11 terror suspects learned to fly has been ordered jailed without bond after he was arrested in Houston on drug trafficking charges.

Rudi Dekkers is charged with two drug conspiracy counts. Court documents show he was nabbed Dec. 2 in a federal drug sting while representing an international drug trafficker.
