Ted Cruz has so far overtaken Donald Trump, a not unexpected result.
On the Democrat side, Hillary Clinton is at the top with Bernie Sanders more than six points behind.
As of this report the establishment candidates are ahead of the professed outsiders.
Cruz considers himself and outsider, yet his Goldman Sachs loan and his wife’s position as the managing director of the of the multinational investment banking firm in Houston, Texas places him squarely within the realm of the establishment.
It should also be noted this tally is from The New York Times and Microsoft is involved in producing results.
