Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker has faced the mob, who was intent on damaging the President and engaging in more character assassination.

President Trump criticized a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing, tweeting, “The Democrats in Congress yesterday were vicious and totally showed their cards for everyone to see. When the Republicans had the Majority they never acted with such hatred and scorn! The Dems are trying to win an election in 2020 that they know they cannot legitimately win!”

Eric Holder, the only Attorney General in U.S. history held in contempt of Congress, responded, tweeting, ”Are you out of your mind? Instead of looking only at Fox during the Obama years you should have been paying a bit more attention to see how that now-defeated Republican Congress treated Obama officials. Your people now simply can’t defend their record or actions.“

This from an Attorney General that was as corrupt as the day is long.
