FBI foils another plot they instigated

The FBI says they’ve arrested a man “in a case involving a national security matter” who planned to set a bomb off at Wichita, Kansas’ Mid-Continent Airport.
“Lowen allegedly studied the airport’s layout, took photos of various access points and researched flight schedules to determine when there would be the most passengers,” reports the tabloid New York Daily News.
According to the feds, however, the public was never in any real danger due to the fact the FBI was working collaboratively with Wichita Police.
“All of the explosives were inert,” Attorney Barry Grissom stated at a press conference.
An official who spoke with NBC News said the FBI “had the suspect under constant surveillance and that undercover operatives, posing as like-minded individuals, had met with the suspect frequently.”
Given the FBI’s lengthy track record of duping unsuspecting citizens into becoming full-blown terrorists, what this likely translates to is the FBI heavily coerced Loewen into concocting the bombing scheme, then prodded him to carry out the plot.
A report by Mother Jones and the Investigative Reporting Program at the University of California-Berkley released in 2011 revealed that it is now common practice for the FBI to create terror plots from scratch and entrap witless and even mentally ill patsies.
“The report reveals that the FBI regularly infiltrates communities where they suspect terrorist-minded individuals to be engaging with others. Regardless of their intentions, agents are sent in to converse within the community, find suspects that could potentially carry out ‘lone wolf’ attacks and then, more or less, encourage them to do so. By providing weaponry, funds and a plan, FBI-directed agents will encourage otherwise-unwilling participants to plot out terrorist attacks, only to bust them before any events fully materialize,” RT reported in August 2011.
Indeed a report published last year by the New York Times detailed how the FBI plays a major role in devising, then foiling their own plots with the aid of witless patsies – creating instances in which the agency will invariably emerge as savior.
Considering this routine practice – which often involves agents supplying patsies with instructions, vehicles and materials – could this be yet another instance of the FBI setting someone up to pose as saviors, all the while playing to and stoking the fear of homegrown terrorism?
