Two bombs have killed 14 people in Damascus amid reports that a 14-year-old boy was executed in front of his family by Islamist militiamen accusing him of blasphemy.
The twin bombings in central Damascus appeared to target a police station.
They exploded in Marjeh Square, located in the heart of the Syrian capital, which has been rocked several times by bombings during the two-year-old uprising against President Bashar al Assad.
At least 30 people were injured.
