Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman has reportedly issued a threat against presidential hopeful Donald Trump following his commentary on border issues.
Guzman escaped from the maximum security Altiplano prison in Mexico on Saturday. His Sinaloa Cartel worked closely with the Drug Enforcement Administration to eliminate competitors.
“Keep f– around and I’m gonna make you swallow your whore’s words you f– whitey milk-s–,” Guzman said, according to The Daily Mail.

The Mail mistranslated the tweet, using “bitch” instead of the original puta, which is translated as prostitute in Spanish.
The expletive laden tweet appeared on a Twitter account attributed to Guzman’s son Ivan. Asked about a number of accounts linked to Guzman, Mexican Deputy Interior Minister Roberto Campa said he was told “they are apocryphal,” or of doubtful authenticity.
Trump has called out the FBI to investigate. “The FBI is fully aware of the situation and is actively investigating this threat against Mr. Trump,” an aide said.
Opponents of Donald Trump view the threatening tweet as a positive development and made light of a possible assassination attempt:
