Cops in Campbell, California, tool around the streets late at night in a military-style armored vehicle. One wonders if the cops were on a joy ride or if they were on their way to bust some pot smokers and kill their dogs. Or maybe they were engaged in an operation to get late nighters accustomed to the idea that the police are now little different than a military occupation army.
