A university in Brussels, Belgium, has become the first commercial kitchen to serve a creepy crawly feast of worm burgers and worm nuggets.

Insect-based food products such as mealworm spread and the worm nuggets are just a few of the items that have found their way into canteens and supermarkets in Belgium.

They are said to provide us with a wide range of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.
